CADGIM is a space for disseminating the perspective of unilateral pro-independence in international media outlets, where majority pro-independence political parties in Catalan institutions have the monopoly in their pursuit of negotiating with Europe and Spain.
CADGIM aims to provide a channel where media professionals who share the working group’s sentiment can publish their work and interact with other professionals in the international media landscape, offering a counterbalance to the dominant perspective on the independence of Catalonia.

CADGIM is able to operate thanks to private donations. Relying on public funding, whether directly or indirectly, would endanger the working group’s independence and fidelity to its principles, which have been put in place precisely to overthrow the institutional perspective on the independence of Catalonia.
